Welcome to RTKSurvey.com
The DJI Matrice 4E is a compact professional drone designed for aerial surveying, photogrammetry, and geospatial data collection. Equipped with a 4/3-inch CMOS wide-angle camera, mechanical shutter, and RTK positioning capability, it provides an efficient solution for topographic mapping, construction surveys, and 3D reconstruction projects.
With automated mapping functions, multi-directional oblique photography, and a maximum flight time of 49 minutes under specified conditions, the Matrice 4E helps survey teams collect detailed aerial imagery across large or complex project sites.
20 MP 4/3-Inch Mapping Camera
The wide-angle camera features a 4/3-inch CMOS sensor with 20 MP effective resolution and an adjustable f/2.8–f/11 aperture. It captures high-quality images for orthophoto generation and photogrammetric processing.
Mechanical Shutter for Aerial Mapping
The mechanical shutter supports exposure speeds up to 1/2000 second, helping reduce image distortion during mapping flights. A minimum photo interval of 0.5 seconds supports efficient image acquisition.
RTK Positioning for Precision Surveys
The Matrice 4E supports high-precision GNSS RTK positioning for georeferenced aerial data collection. Mapping accuracy depends on correction availability, flight planning, ground control, and processing conditions.
Five-Directional Oblique Photography
Intelligent oblique capture enables the camera to collect images from multiple directions, supporting detailed 3D reconstruction of buildings, terrain, and infrastructure.
Automated Mapping Missions
DJI Pilot 2 supports automated survey flight planning and execution, including mapping and oblique photography missions, helping operators maintain consistent image coverage.
Multi-Camera Imaging System
In addition to its primary mapping camera, the Matrice 4E includes medium telephoto and telephoto cameras for detailed visual observation and site documentation.
Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing
A multi-directional vision sensing system, supplemented by a downward 3D infrared sensor, assists with obstacle detection and flight safety under suitable environmental conditions.
Compact Design and Extended Flight Time
The aircraft weighs approximately 1.2 kg with propellers and supports up to 49 minutes of flight time in controlled test conditions, making it convenient for transport between survey locations.
